The Spud is a lightweight tactical grappling hook. It holds a unique collapsible design that allows the Spud to be disassembled and packed away without the bulk that comes with a conventional grappling hook. Made of high strength aluminum, the Spud has the ability to hold several hundred pounds which makes it ideal for any remote pull/move operation that a tech would need to accomplish. The toothed tip and rib design allows the spud to just skim the surface, perfect for moving low laying or surfaced placed command wires.
